For samples or smaller orders, we ship with UPS Ground, USPS, or OnTrac—no delivery appointments or signatures are needed.
Most of our ready-to-assemble cabinets ship out within about 5 business days. Occasionally, an item may be out of stock, which could delay shipping. If that happens, we’ll reach out right away and suggest other options. Once your order is being processed, changes aren’t possible unless they’re related to stock availability.
If you need to return something, just let us know within 2 business days of receiving your order. Unopened items can be returned, but a 20% restocking fee applies. Please note that opened products and cabinet accessories aren’t returnable.
If your order has already been shipped, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. All returns do require manager approval before we can process them.
In accordance with our Delivery Policy, customers are required to inspect all shipments at the time of delivery while the driver or terminal representative is present.
Take clear photos of the pallet(s) and any visible damage.
Document all damages on the Bill of Lading before signing (claims cannot be processed without this notation).
Email dealer@SeedCabinets.com within 24 hours of delivery to submit your claim.
For claims to be valid, the Bill of Lading must be signed by both the customer and the delivery driver (for Residential/Commercial deliveries) or by the terminal representative (for Terminal Pickups).

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and free from damage.
For deliveries handled by Seed Cabinets, all merchandise must be inspected and approved at the time of delivery, before unloading. After this point, returns or exchanges will only be accepted at additional cost to the purchaser.
Please note: Seed Cabinets Ltd. is not an installation company. Any recommendations provided are offered only at the buyer’s request, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm their accuracy. Seed Cabinets does not provide measurement services; if we are asked to take measurements, we cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies.
